Location: This role will be peripatetic in nature and will be based in Scotland (Glasgow, Dundee, Edinburgh, Ayr & Aberdeen)
One of the UK’s most inspiring and best-known faith-based organisations, The Salvation Army, is currently recruiting for Quality Performance Manager to join our Employment Plus Services Team.
This role will be based in Scotland (Glasgow, Edinburgh, Ayr, Aberdeen & Dundee), you will be joining an established friendly team, responsible for improving quality across the network of UK teams.
This is a peripatetic position, so you can be based anywhere relatively close to one of the locations listed above. (Some travel, if required)
Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for monitoring the quality of service delivery and compliance across delivery areas. They will be expected to review and monitor operations by auditing activities; providing feedback and guidance.Provide support to the various Quality Standards required (Matrix and ISO9001) ensuring they are achieved and maintained.
You will be key in providing training and the professionalisation of staff while working closely with the Learning and Development functions, having a key role in the delivery/assessment of the sector qualification.
