Are you interested in making a difference? Are you interested in people? Are you passionate about helping the vulnerable? We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to work with the Contract Manager in Bristol, working with the pathway for single homeless men.
Key Responsibilities:
The overall purpose of the Administrative Assistant post within a service is to ensure support is given across all administrative functions and to enable the service to operate successfully. This will include but not limited to filing, secretarial duties, answering phones, dealing with internal and external inquires, data inputting.
The successful candidate(s) will be able to demonstrate:
-Good communication skills both verbal and written
-Good IT skills
-Ability to adhere to set procedures
-Good time management including the ability to work flexibly according to the needs of the service.
-Co-operative, reliable and conscientious
