Location: Covering Bishop's Stortford (Home based with regular travel)
One of the UK’s most inspiring and best-known faith-based organisations, The Salvation Army, is looking for an Estates Manager for its Bishop Stortford Service Centre, to act as the key Client Manager within the Property & Facilities Service in respect of all property matters to an occupied portfolio of primarily residential, Church, Social and community properties.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Estates Manager you will be responsible for delivering the repairs and maintenance function within the designated area, including cyclical maintenance and a 24/7 reactive repairs service through a team of Maintenance Surveyors. In addition, you will work closely with property colleagues based elsewhere in the UK.
