Hadleigh Training Centre provides training opportunities to adults with additional support needs in order to meet a range of outcomes. The project worker will plan, and then guide trainees to follow personalised pathways which maximise progression through vocational training in a range of areas including carpentry, horticulture, cycle maintenance, catering and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities: The project worker will* Be involved in identifying and enhancing personalised training pathways to maximise progression, focusing on a trainee's strengths and opportunities to increase independence.* Create and update learning support plans to provide an awareness of each trainee's abilities, support needs, and agreed strategies to help trainees achieve their goals.* Monitor all assessments and reports, and complete any necessary actions, to ensure each trainee pathway is constantly accurate and relevant.* Encourage input and participation from each trainee, empowering them to make choices.
