One of the UK’s most inspiring and best-known faith-based organisations is looking for an influential and highly motivated Media Manager. The Salvation Army is at the frontline, supporting people hardest hit by the economic impact of the pandemic. You will be helping to promote our work from supporting people who are homeless to running community foodbanks.
As a senior member of the communications team you will be shaping awareness and social justice campaigns to advocate for the most vulnerable in society and help to raise money for our vital work.
Key Responsibilities
As the Media Manager you will be running a very busy press office with a small core national press team which is supported by six regional communications officers. As well as proactive campaigning, you will also be responsible for reactive and crisis communications.
