The Salvation Army is also a major campaigning voice on homelessness, poverty and modern slavery.
In 2021 The Army will be building on its successful work last year that saw us set the agenda on the impact of the universal credit on Britain’s deprived communities. We are looking to recruit a new Public Affairs Officer to lead our work with the opposition parties at Westminster.
We are looking for a persuasive advocate and negotiator.
You will have at least two years experience of working for a member of parliament on national policy issues and have demonstrable experience of using House of Commons procedures to further political campaigns.
