Location: Booth House Swindon Lifehoue, Swindon, SN1 2BF
Working hours: 40 hours per week - Mondays to Fridays. Weekend cover or bank holidays maybe required and on call responsibilities.
Contract: Fixed Term Contract for 12 months to cover (Maternity Leave).

The role of Social Enterprise Programme Manager is central to achieving positive outcomes for our vulnerable homeless residents and has operational responsibility for service delivery of The Sandwich People and Recycles.
Job Summary:This position is based at Booth House Swindon, providing accommodation-based support to 50 men & woman. The post is a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months to cover Maternity Leave.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about enabling positive change in people’s lives, to manage & develop our two Social Enterprises.
Key Responsibilities:Both Social Enterprises are operated by client volunteers who are experiencing homelessness. You will support & motivate clients to attend training, gain qualifications, work experience and skills. You will be responsible for business planning, to provide a quality service, alongside planning a robust training development programme for our clients.
