What is enabled?
Enabled exists to provide spiritual and social fellowship for people with a disability and their carers. enabled works to cultivate an inclusive attitude towards people with a disability.
Enabled Summer Extravaganza
The enabled Summer School Extravaganza is a residential week in Northampton for enabled members. The week is a week of fellowship, faith friendship and fun.
The week is a time of fellowship and support as well as the opportunity to form friendships.
There are lost so sessions at the enabled Summer Extravaganza including worship, fellowship groups, singing, craft, sport and much more.
Supporters required
We are seeking supporters to support enabled members who attend the Summer Extravaganza.
The role of the supporter is to provide support as part of a team, whilst also participating in activities as the Summer Extravaganza.
The time commitment is one week (13th July – 20th July) as well as the opportunity to attend some training. Accommodation and meals are provided.
We would be pleased to hear from you if you have a background in nursing or social care as well as those who would like an opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in care and support.
