Our Tuesday session includes dance, songs, games and free play, and our Thursday session is a free-play session. Our sessions are open to all with children below primary school age.
Our groups are friendly and welcoming and representative of the community around us with people attending from many nations and cultures, and with many languages spoken.

Would you like to help with our Baby and Toddler groups? It might be you are looking for experience in the child care area or simply want to make a difference in your community. The role involves welcoming and befriending families, helping to set-up and tidy away, sign-posting families for assistance and support. If you'd like to get involved, we'd love to hear from you.
Commitment: We currently run 2 groups. On Tuesday, our Musical Tots session takes place from 9:30-11:30am (music, dance, & play). On Thursday our Bright Stars session take place from 9:30-11:30am (free play session).

Have you got an interest in childrens' learning and development? Could you spare around 2.5 - 5 hours a week to support with the running of our playgroup? If so, we'd love to hear from you. We are looking for volunteers to assist the team in ensuring a safe stimulating environment for children to feel valued and engaged in appropriate play activities.
Time commitment: 2.5-5 hours per week
Location: The Salvation Army, Caskieberran Road, Glenrothes

Are you caring, impartial and reliable? Would you like to help us make a difference to the lives of children and their families? Do you enjoy the company of others whilst sharing skills towards achieving common goals? If yes, whether you want to gain valuable experience in a child contact centre setting or you want to put something back into your community, we’d love to hear from you.
Time commitment: 3-4 hours on up to 6 Saturdays per year
Based at: The Welcome In Community Centre, 9-11 Crescent Road, Worthing BN11 1RL - child contact centre offering a safe, friendly and neutral environment where children can spend time with one or both parents.
